대한민국 경제의 새로운 엔진: K-바이오 신약개발의 미래

글로벌 제약·바이오 산업은 AI 전환, 모달리티 다변화, 공급망 재편 등으로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 한국은 최근 기술이전 성과를 확대하며 글로벌 신약개발 역량을 입증하고 있으나, 후기 임상 투자와 글로벌 개발·상업화 경험에는 여전히 한계가 존재한다. 본 발표에서는 K-신약개발의 성과와 과제를 살펴보고, 기술이전을 넘어 글로벌 블록버스터를 창출하기 위한 전주기 지원, 정책금융 및 글로벌 공동개발 전략의 필요성을 제시한다.
