Brain organoid-based virtual cell modeling predicts novel autism and neurodevelopmental disorder genes

Brain organoid-based virtual cell modeling combines single-cell transcriptomics with AI-driven methodologies to predict novel genes associated with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Utilizing the comprehensive Neural Organoid Cell Atlas with Perturbation, this approach uncovers critical genes that conventional genomic analyses typically miss.
