Pathway based analysis of glioblastoma by multi-omics with master kinase analysis in targeted therapy

Glioblastoma was classified into four functional subtypes each exhibiting distinct prognostic and therapeutic implications. Using an integrative machine learning-based proteomic/phosphoproteomic network, PKC-δ and DNA-PKcs were identified and validated as key master kinases driving the GPM and PPR subtypes, respectively. These findings offer actionable therapeutic targets and a robust framework for patient stratification in prospective clinical trials and retrospective therapeutic response evaluations.
