A single-cell atlas reveals sustained cytotoxic T cell–dendritic cell crosstalk in Behçet’s disease
This lecture highlights persistent cytotoxic immune activation as a key pathogenic feature of Behçet’s Disease (BD), revealed through single-cell transcriptomic, immune repertoire, and serum cytokine analyses. It further introduces a novel BD stratification based on unconventional T-cell abundance and immune signatures, providing potential insights into molecular diagnosis and therapeutic targeting.
